- Associate: Attorney with 3 – 5 years of experience working in medical malpractice defense to advocate cases out of acute care and behavioral hospitals owned by one of the largest hospital corporations in America.
- Legal Nurse Consultant: Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) with 3+ years of experience as an LNC working in Florida personal injury and medical malpractice cases, analyzing medical records, preparing medical summaries, identifying breaches in standard of care, conferring with medical experts, and assisting in litigation. Must have clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
